1. Are you insured? Yes, through K and K insurance

2. What type of workouts will I do? Every workout will be designed with you in mind, your goals and your limitations will be taken into consideration to create a challenging workout that will give you the results you deserve.
You can expect to use kettle bells, dumbbells, stability balls, suspension training system, resistance bands, and a number of body weight exercises that are combined to provide the best of training.

3. How do I start training with Thomas? Call or email me to schedule the initial physical assessment that typically lasts about 60-90 minutes. The physical assessment is used to establish your starting point for training, I’ll take your weight and height and other measurements, nothing invasive, and for some clients we finish with a brief workout.

After the Initial physical assessment, you will be ready for training and we’ll schedule appointments.

4. Why choose Thomas as my personal trainer? Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, providing physical training to groups, individuals and teaching.

Thomas is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine one the top nationally recognized certifying agencies for personal trainers. Verify my credentials.

Thomas has proven to give his clients results, and that’s the bottom line, credentials without results means nothing.

5. What is the difference in training with Thomas?
I make it my point to personally know my clients and ensure I am providing a personalized work out plan that will reach their goals, not just selling workouts.

Every session from warm-up to cool will benefit you guaranteed! Every session will challenge you and every session will have you one step closer to your goals.

I will make sure you are safe, that you have fun and lastly that you get results!

6. What will I actually do as your trainer? The short answer, EVERYTHING legal, and safe to get you to your goals. I will provide challenging workouts that get you results. I will keep you motivated, provide encouragement and direction plus constant contact to keep you going.

7. Do I have to sign a contract? No, you do not have to sign a contract. You can cancel training at anytime. Review the Cancellation/Payment Policy here.

8. What forms of payment can I use? You can pay with checks, cash or credit/debit cards.

9. Do I have to buy a package? No, you do not have to buy a training package, training is purchased monthly.

10. What’s included in each session? Each session is 60 minutes, 10 minute warm-up, 40 minute workout and 10 minute cool down/ stretch.
